I believe that the health of your physical body has a HUGE effect on your “spiritual health” AKA…your “vibration”, or more like…your capability to reach certain levels of vibration 🤔.
The healthier you are physically, the easier it will be to enter a grounded state.
It’s just THAT simple!
For example…
I find when I eat ANYTHING that feeds “bad bacteria” in my body…we’re talking parasites… etc… my energy field (aura) gets weaker.
And when you weaken your field, it’s just that much easier for dark entities to enter. Plain and simple.
I talk more about what can weaken your field in this post:
But I find when I eat too much refined (white) sugar, (white) starches and (white) refined wheat flour…the bugs get activated, they emit some sort of poison and my field weakens. So there’s one example.
I think these things can be cleared through doing certain cleanses. Although you need to be careful and make sure you do it slowly.
I’m actually going to be working with a naturopath named Andra soon to help me balance my microbiome, so I will report on what happens with that for sure 👍.
So…here's what I’ve been eating…drinking and doing to keep my physical health strong!
1. Diet
Every morning I like to have some type of fruit (and have been sprinkling with cinnamon because my guides have been telling me to do that, I think for gut balancing purposes).
I always have it first thing in the morning, before my main breakfast.
Cinnamon on cantaloupe is the best combo so far…
Breakfast
Breakfast is always my favorite meal of the day because there’s always a “possibility” of having a sweet thing 😝. Agh!
Lately I have been having 2 eggs with either toast or salad on the side.
Orrrr…goat yogurt with berries and (sometimes) a nut-based granola, if no granola then I might have a slice of sprouted grain toast w/ butter.
***The reason why I only eat goat dairy is because goats are rarely ever fed grains (which contain mold and pesticides) because they genetically can’t tolerate them.
So farmers are usually forced to only feed them grass. And I find I’m sensitive to cow’s dairy in Canada (probably because of the bad grains they feed their cows), so that’s why I avoid it.
Also for eggs, I don’t do well on conventional eggs because (surprise surprise) they are fed GMO grains which are high in pesticides! So I buy organic (at least) and if I can…pasture-raised.
And sometimes…
If I had a big dinner the night before and just want something small for breakfast, I will have this smoothie:
Frozen strawberries, 1 (20 g) scoop of beef collagen powder, 1 scoop of plant-based vanilla protein powder & Silk unsweetened coconut milk (in the tetra pak, not refrigerated carton…it gives a more whippy texture and no seed oils).
There’s 35 grams of protein in this! And it’s low sugar which is always good.
So that’s what I usually have for breakfast…
Snacks
A couple hours after breakfast is when I will usually have a snack (I live for snacks…my twin and I actually made a snack-focused food blog in the early 2010s).
My favorite snacks lately:
Lunch
Lunch is always a crazy mixed bag LOL…because I’m usually “out”, so I will get a salad or something at a take-out place, or have a plate of random things like this before I head out or right when I get home.
YES…I am literally that “girl dinner” trope that’s going around. But…wtv. I’ve been doing plates like this since I was a kid!
Dinner
For dinner, I usually have meat with vegetables (and sometimes root vegetables on the side). Nothing too crazy…here’s an example:
Drinks
I believe that water is SO key for life (and for our spiritual health).
When I go into higher realms, I will literally see water, fire, crystals etc…there are “higher”, less dense version of the elements we have here on 3D earth.
Our bodies are made of water so…wouldn’t it make sense to drink the best water possible?
Lately I have been drinking pure mineral water (preferably from a glass bottle)…maple sap, coconut water and green juice!
Read my hydration guide here:
2. Exercise
Lately I have been loving the “standing” pilates/barre workouts from Eleni Fit:
In the past I have tried to do the more “intense” workouts, but I prefer pilates/ballet barre because I like moving in a more graceful way, I dunno 🤭. Knowing I get to move like that makes me more motivated to exercise.
I also will do these dance workouts from 375 Dance if I want to do something more “bouncy” lol:
I will usually do a proper 30 min workout 5X a week and I also walk a lot. Since I live in a big city, I walk almost everyday. I find if I don’t walk everyday, I start to feel energetically stuck!
3. Supplements
The only supplements I’m taking right now is my usual beef liver supplement for iron.
And magnesium!
I take 3 of these magnesium pills per day:
And will use this magnesium spray at night:
I find that when I take magnesium, I dunno…it just calms me right down and as someone with very sensitive nerves, I REALLY notice a difference.
I would recommend the “Life Flo” brand of magnesium spray as it’s the most concentrated spray I’ve found. I’ve tested others and they aren’t as powerful.
Also, for taking magnesium internally…make sure you find a magnesium glycinate that’s “pure”. I find most magnesium glycinate supplements are filled with other, weaker forms of magnesium like magnesium oxide which is a waste of money.
If you are a highly sensitive person and not taking magnesium, I would highly recommend it! You will notice a difference, I swear.
4. Meditation / Energy Healing
So I don’t have a set routine for meditation and energy healing. I will usually do it once a day. Sometimes right when I wake up, sometimes right before I go to sleep and sometimes in the middle of the day (while I’m on the bus or sitting in the park).
I try to get a little bit of sun everyday. That’s the main reason why I go to the park. Just to sit under the sun feels so good! It’s like taking a mini vacation.
I also feel (like water), the sun can benefit us spiritually.
Read my channeling on the sun for more info on this…
As for the type of meditation/energy healing I do on myself…
Lately I’ve been focusing on cleansing the womb and "rebirthing” energetically through that space.
I walk you through my process with it in this post:
I also have a book bundle on how to do energy healing on yourself by connecting to your heart and womb chakras.
5. Body, skin, hair
When I was in Bali, I would get massages at this one spa and noticed that the oil they used always left my skin very silky and soft. I found out that it was just pure almond oil! So I’ve been using that on my skin lately.
I just get this brand from the health food store:
I’ve also been using this pure almond oil on my face and sometimes will use Egyptian Magic:
This “Egyptian Magic” cream has a certain type of honey in it which seriously…clears up my face instantly!
I will use it three nights in a row and by the third day, my face is like CRYSTAL CLEAR! There’s something very healing about it.
The honey I use in the recipe is antibacterial so it makes sense that it would have a clarifying effect on the skin. This is the honey I use to make the Egyptian Magic with:
As for hair…my hair is naturally very curly and a little bit coarse:
And because it gets dry easily, I’ve been massaging almond oil into it around once a week (before washing it).
So I will kinda rub the oil into the roots and let it sit for maybe 3 hours? And then wash it out and I find it makes my hair generally more soft and moisturized!
I’ve TRIED to use super natural and organic shampoo but I haven’t found one yet that I actually like and doesn’t strip my hair of moisture.
I buy this Giovanni Pineapple shampoo and conditioner religiously, and I really like it:
It’s not 100% organic and natural I don’t think, but it’s close… and it doesn’t leave my hair…dry and “squeaky” like the other natural shampoos usually do.
I’m also still figuring out the best way to style curly hair! So if you have any tips please let me know!
Right now, I just use this detangler when it’s wet. Then comb through a shea butter hair cream, then…I actually take sections of hair (while still wet), twist them and spray with hairspray. I find it creates a very natural hold without being too heavy (which I find is the case when I use hair gel). But… I’m still experimenting with it.
6. Sleep
I am notoriously BAD at sleeping 🤫! I will get all wrapped up in a book or TV show or some sort of research and then before I know it, it’s 1 am!
I haven’t figured out yet how to go to bed early, but I KNOW that if I DID go to bed early, my health would improve ten-fold. I just have to get more serious about it.
What I find helps with my sleep though, is to use the magnesium spray right before bed.
And! To use a silk sleep mask. I know it’s a little…much, but…I find using a sleep mask actually signals my brain to sleep. It calms my mind down. It’s like a muscle memory type thing. Over time, your brain starts to respond to it. Try it!
I don’t know the brand of the one I use, but it looks like this one ^.
7. Dental
I actually have a very strict dental routine that I’ve done for years!
I’ve never had a cavity, my sisters have both had lots so I’m not sure how I escaped it…but it could be because I never ate as much candy as them?
If you haven’t read my channeled guide on dental care, check it out:
As for what I specifically use…
I’m always switching up my toothpaste honestly… right now I’m using this one by Himalaya.
Previously, I was using toothpaste tabs (with nano hydroxapatite) and found it caused my teeth to get sensitive! I think cause it’s too rough. Although I like the idea of the toothpaste tabs…they didn’t work for me.
A note about fluoride:
When it comes to fluoride…I actually learned that the only reason fluoride is seen as a health product and is added to our water is because the aluminum companies back in the 1930s didn’t want to get sued for all the fluoride they dumped in the rivers.
So to avoid people thinking fluoride is bad and suing them for poisoning them, they flipped the script and made it a “miracle for dental health”.
Fluoride technically hardens teeth, but so does a lot of other things, including literal cow’s milk, and xylitol!
Step-by-step routine:
Brush with an electric toothbrush
Floss!
Swish with a herbal mouthwash mixed with a teaspoon of xylitol (I am constantly switching my mouthwash up, haven’t found a favorite yet).
I do this morning and night (sometimes skip the floss in the morning).
I will also swish my mouth first thing in the morning before I eat and then again after I brush.
Throughout the day I will chew xylitol gum/mints which I heard is good to do after eating something sugary or acidic.
Takeaways
I truly believe that physical health goes hand in hand with our spiritual health.
When my nervous system is calm and grounded from eating enough protein and taking my magnesium…I am able to connect deeper to “myself” and my spirit.
When I start to slack with my health, I will notice that my nervous system gets a little more sensitive and I will start dragging my feet, maybe even some strange ETs will start talking to me because my aura has weakened. It’s all connected!
Do you have any health or wellness practices that have helped you in your spiritual journey? Please let me know 🙏
