I’ve been wanting to explore hydration for a while and figure out, what is the BEST way to hydrate ourselves? What should we be drinking to hydrate ourselves to the OPTIMAL degree?
When I first started to get advice from my guides about 6 years ago, I would always hear “drink”…”drink”. If I’m tired, they would tell me to “drink”. If I’m sick, they would tell me to “drink”!
You absolutely cannot expect your body to heal if you are dehydrated.
You are made of water, there is water deep in your cells. Your blood has water in it. We are very WATERY beings LOL.
So…after hearing them constantly tell me to “drink”, I started thinking, ok well…what should we be drinking exactly for optimal hydration to the highest degree?
And what should we be drinking to connect us to the water in higher dimensions?
In a recent astral travel, someone from my soul group (who I saw on the street in a 4D city) said that water has the power to connect us closer to “source”.
Read more about this experience here:
So basically, in 4D, water is like…supercharged. It’s like a plant medicine, like ayahuasca (if the gov hasn’t poisoned it that is…yes, there are still governments and corporations in 4D, unfortunately) and the people in 4D are still figuring things out spiritually, just like we are.
And some of them can be seen using crystals and water to get them closer to their “whole” selves or “higher selves” (who are closer to “source”).
So…wow. Water in 4D is revered as this spiritual elixir. That must mean choosing the right liquids in 3D could definitely upgrade both our physical and spiritual health.
I also found out in my “truth about the sun” channeling that we are surrounded by water. So our solar system is in a bubble IN water. Yeah…crazy I know.
If this is true…then connecting to water (the right water) could connect us to this higher dimensional water that’s surrounding us in a higher dimensions. Hmm…
So what should we be drinking?
1. Rain water
So it was “clear” that “rain water”, “snow” and “ice bergs” are the most “spiritually powerful” water we can drink. If you think about it, when a snowflake falls it takes on a beautiful, geometric shape:
Who’s making these?!
They also said that the rain that falls during a storm is the MOST powerful water you can get!
WOW…
It’s very hard to find any written information about the esoteric nature of snowflakes, but I did find a few points:
I also find it interesting that my dad’s beagles will only drink rain water when they’re sick. If they have a stomach ache, they won’t drink from their bowls, but lick the water off the leaves outside…
There is one company called “Richard’s Rain Water” that cans it and according to their website, it’s super super clean and pure. I think it’s a pretty good idea actually...
I also discovered this water called “Ferrarelle” at the grocery store near me in Toronto (called Fiesta Farms). It tastes amazing…almost sweet…and it’s rain water that’s been filtered through volcanic rocks. It’s the best water I’ve ever tasted…literally.
But obviously we shouldn’t be drinking rain or snow water unless it’s filtered or we harvest it in a super remote location (because our air is so polluted).
There is still more to uncover about the structure of snow and rain. I think there’s something special about it. I might investigate that separately in another post, but for now…I’m gonna go into more hydration options for us, cause there’s a lot that came through!
2. Green juice
They said the water in celery and other green vegetables is highly hydrating! When I first started channeling health info, I would be recommended to drink green juice all the time.
I was never recommended to drink fruit juice, but green juice specifically.
Celery always comes through as the best type of juice to drink for some reason…maybe it’s because of the mineral content:
(but my favorite is actually pure cucumber juice!)
Also “lettuce” and plants in general were recommended as a good source of water.
I found this graphic comparing our blood to plant chlorophyl (plant blood). Maybe there really is something to plant water:
“Plant water” could definitely hydrate us on deep, deep levels. This is the goal…
3. Raw eggs
Hey, I guess I asked for it?!
Raw eggs are a form of structured water that can be deeply hydrating.
I mean, don’t go overboard with it, but this is just one of many examples of pure untouched water that comes from nature (?)…it’s everywhere.
4. “Black Water”
I saw a pool of black water and this pointed to fulvic/humic acid waters. Humic and fulvic acid are high in minerals, it’s like a natural electrolyte!
This is the one I usually drink, it is humic/fulvic acid mixed with spring water.
5. Teas!
Teas actually contain high amounts of minerals. I recently heard on a podcast that a cup of oat straw tea gives you 300 mg of calcium! And that’s apparently around 30% of your daily intake, wild!
Start trying some new teas that are high in minerals. I found this webpage that lists the most “nutritious” teas, but make sure you aren’t drinking teas that also “dehydrate”. So…nettle is super high in minerals but it’s also dehydrating (like coffee), so just…be careful with that.
6. Well water and spring water
Kind of obvious but any type of water that comes from nature and is UNTOUCHED will deeply hydrate you and this includes wells and springs.
You have to be kinda careful though with well water (ground water) because it’s so easy for chemicals from factories to seep into the soil.
If we drank rain water or well water centuries ago OR…in a remote island in the arctic, I’m sure it would be 100% clean. But…you just gotta be careful these days, especially if you live in the US/Canada or anywhere where there’s factories that dispose of chemicals nearby.
My favorite drinks!
This is what I usually drink for OPTIMAL hydration.
Takeaways
If you ever wonder…should I drink this? Is it untouched by man? And does it come from nature? If so, then yes!
Some of the stuff I drink is not “untouched” and has been pasteurized but I am still benefitting from the minerals.
What do you like to drink? What do you find hydrates you on deep levels? Let me know in the comments or on my Instagram!
