Mini channeled guide: how to get sparkling white teeth
Hello!
I decided to do a health channeling on dental health!
I know…dental care is not the most exciting topic but…I wanted to see how we can naturally get clean, white, sparkling teeth! Without the use of chemicals and stuff.
I found out a lot of interesting things in the reading so…here it is!
But first…
The advice I reveal in this post is absolutely not meant to be a cure for anything! It’s all very basic, safe, food-based advice anyway, nothing extreme, but nevertheless, it is not meant to be a cure for serious medical conditions.
So here’s what I got…
1. Explosions are happening in your mouth!
I was asking why people get stained, or yellowing teeth in the first place, and I got a few answers…
“Film” came up a lot and I saw someone eating a peach and heard “fruit juice”.
So… the film on your teeth, what’s kind of sitting on your teeth is what causes the decay…makes sense.
And then I started seeing things related to explosions. I heard “flame”, “retardant”, “boom”.
Also saw references to “chipping”. I heard “notch”, “snick”….(I had no idea what “snick” meant but it means the same thing as “notch”).
So…there are chemical reactions happening in your mouth…explosions so to speak and that’s causing things like cavities and holes in your teeth or….snicks! LOL…
Holistic dentists talk about this all the time, but it was interesting to see how my guides explained it to me.
Basically…sugar and starch (including fruit juices) reacts with the bacteria in your mouth and this chemical reaction forms teeny, tiny explosions (like a fizzling acid) causing holes in your teeth which generally weakens enamel. It needs to stop!
So how do we keep it under control? There are a few ways…
2. Use a toothpaste that contains “chalk”
So, I was asking what sort of ingredients we should use to natural whiten our teeth. I immediately heard “chalk” and saw a stick of white chalk writing on a chalk board. Chalk actually came up A LOT.
Chalk is basically just “calcium carbonate” which is an ingredient you should look for in toothpaste!
I would think that chalk is best for scrubbing away stains…
I’m using this toothpaste right now which has calcium carbonate as a first ingredient:
I have tried those toothpaste tabs that are trending right now which also contain calcium carbonate, but I find they make my teeth more sensitive. I feel like there’s something in them (maybe the nano hydroxyapatite) that scratches away the enamel. So, I prefer to go for a more natural toothpaste with coconut oil and stuff that’s not so harsh. Just my experience!
3. Recommended herbal rinses
