So if you want to learn how to lucid dream, YES you CAN use the reality checks method where you ask yourself throughout the day if you’re dreaming, OR…you can use your energy to make your dreams more “real” and by default…you wake up.
Because when your dreams look more “life-like” you kinda become lucid automatically.
I made a video on the 4 ways you can do this (the first one I say though is most important).

And here are the methods, listed out:
1. Relax your body ‘intensely’ before bed (around 1 hour before you fall asleep, I explain how in the video)
2. Use blue calcite or clear quartz and place it near your eye line as you sleep
3. Wake up at 4am, stay up for 1 hour, then drift off the sleep (don’t go on your phone while you stay awake) (This won’t necessarily make your dream more clear visually, but will kind of launch you directly into that lucid state where you know you’re dreaming).
4. Use the energy of your womb space to make your dreams look more clear and realistic (similar to the crystals, this can also make you ungrounded after you wake up, so be careful).

Note: Lucid dreaming is like a projection of your subconscious where you can play around and control things. Astral travel is more “fixed”, where you are very much transferring to another “reality”. Just so you know, these “lucid dreaming tips”, may induce astral travel if you are already very open and psychic.
